  1. Pa Bryd Y Deui Eto? (Live)

Liner notes

‘Pa Bryd Y Deui Eto? (Live)’ is taken from the forthcoming, as yet untitled, live album due for release in the Spring.

A traditional song, that originally featured on the band’s debut album, ‘Pa Bryd Y Deui Eto?’ tells the story of a heartbroken young girl as she awaits the return of her love Deio from his travels…. “When will you come again, to visit me, Deio?” she pleads.

This live recording was captured during 9Bach’s celebratory tour in the UK in October 2019 that supported the tenth anniversary release of the aforementioned debut album.

The cover image for ‘Pa Bryd Y Deui Eto? (Live)’ features the renowned drummer Andy Gangadeen (The Bays) who has previously played with a host of artists such as Massive Attack, Jeff Beck, Chase & Status and Lisa Stansfield. Andy joined the band towards the end of last year and features on these new live recordings.
